More than 100 business and community leaders were in attendance to share their professional knowledge and expertise with the Eagle Scouts.
The Eagle Scout is a rank that only 6% of Scouts nationwide achieve, so they are an elite group.
Some of the young men have been a part of the program since they were seven years old.
"The Eagle Scouts are really a testament to the kids development of leadership and character giving back to their community and community service you think about these 261 young men collectively their Eagle Scout projects alone contribute to over 1.5 million dollars of donated services to our community," said Stephen Hoitt, executive director of the Seneca Waterways Council.
Assemblyman Brian Kolb was also in attendance to present the Eagle Scouts with a proclamation of their achievements.
